FAQ
No, so that you don't have to stick them all on individually, our lettering is provided with a transfer film. This is a transparent film that holds the individual letters together and is removed again once the lettering has been applied to the boat.
We only use high-quality films for our lettering, which are guaranteed by the manufacturer for at least 7 years. Digital prints are provided with a protective laminate to protect them from fading due to UV radiation.
For adhesive boat letters, we only use films that are also suitable for boats that sail in salt water. The films are splash-proof, but should not be applied below the waterline in salt water.
The film can be removed without leaving any residue even years later. If the film is difficult to remove after years, we recommend using a hot air gun. If adhesive residue remains, it can be removed with spirit or isopropanol.
